Tikeza is for real events run honestly. These rules keep buyers safe and the service reliable for everyone.
1. Events you may not sell
Events that do not exist or that you have no right to sell.
Events that are unlawful where they take place, or that promote violence, hatred or discrimination.
Sales of weapons, drugs or other goods and services that are illegal or need a licence you do not hold.
2. How you may not use Tikeza
Sending spam or messages people did not ask for.
Collecting buyer data for purposes the buyer did not agree to.
Pretending to be another person, organiser or brand.
Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or to read data you are not allowed to see.
Reselling tickets above the price the organiser allows.
3. What we do
We check new events automatically and review reports. We may unpublish events, hold payouts, cancel orders or close accounts that break these rules, and we report crimes to the authorities.
4. Report a problem
If you see a fake or harmful event, write to us with its link.
