Who pays the Tikeza fee?
You choose for each event. Absorb it into your ticket price or pass it on to buyers at checkout.
Is there a fee on free events?
No. Free tickets and registrations cost nothing.
Are payment processing costs separate?
Payment providers charge their own processing fee on card and mobile money payments. You see it in your payout reports.
Is the fee refunded when I refund a ticket?

Do you offer prices for large organisers?
Yes. If you sell many tickets a year or run a tour, talk to us about volume pricing.
